NSE - TEST CASE 9 - MODEL ESTIMATE

TEST CASE STEPS:

  1. Open the following module: Homebuilder Enterprise > Home Production > Model > Model Estimates.
  2. Select the model used in Test Case 5.
  3. Preview the update to a model estimate and ensure it is correctly reflecting data from the Sales and Take-off (note the new bid rate, new part & new subcontract created in test cases 1-3, if applicable) before applying the updated estimate.
  4. Update another model estimate using the following modules:
    1. Homebuilder Enterprise > Home Production > Model > Model Estimates Download.
    2. Homebuilder Enterprise > Home Production > Model > Model Estimates Upload.
  5. Open the following module: Homebuilder Enterprise > Home Production > Model > Model Estimates Download and review the report for accuracy.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

    1. Tester can preview and update the model estimate.
    2. Tester can download/upload a model estimate.
    3. The model estimate reflects values from the calculated estimate.
    4. The calculated estimate reflects values from the sales and take-off, including adjustments made.
