TEST CASE STEPS:

  1. Watch the video below or review the attached document for the detailed steps on removing and adding a homeowner.
  2. Remove access from the existing homeowner - Content -> Website Pages, find their address/unit.
  3. Make page public.
  4. Open Old homeowner page. Keep it open to copy info from.
  5. Find new homeowner.
  6. Copy Portal Link. NS Property Address.
  7. Enter the new Possession date and original warranty end date.
  8. Add contact to audience access section and update.
  9. Allow ticketing portal access if needed.
