SALESXPRESS - TEST CASE 7

TEST CASE STEPS:

  1. Open existing Home Selection record (or create a new one)
  2. Navigate to the Buyer Contract tab
  3. Expand the Contract Summary section
  4. Adjust Price on the Base Model, Lot or Lot Premium
  5. View the Taxes details
  6. Add Closing costs
  7. Toggle the Investment flag to 'On'
  8. View the impact on Taxes details
  9. Add a payment credit
  10. View record history of price adjustments

EXPECTED RESULTS:

  1. Tester can log into SalesXpress
  2. Tester can assign an investment property
  3. Tester can view tax details
  4. Tester can add a payment credit
  5. Tester can adjust price on Base Model, Lot or Lot Premium
  6. Tester can view history of price adjusments
