SALESXPRESS - TEST CASE 22

TEST CASE STEPS:

  1. Navigate to the Design Agent Portal
  2. Click Build Spec & Model Look-up
  3. Set the Search Parameters
    1. Select Subdivision
    2. All Phases [default]
    3. All Lots [default]
  4. Click Find Lots
  5. Review Open Lot List (result list)
  6. Select a Spec (or Model) to open
  7. View Lot Information
  8. View Lot Details (click on Lot #)
  9. View Model Information
  10. Set Base Model Price (under Total Projected Sale)
  11. View History
  12. Add an option to an addendum (see Appointment Steps)
    1. Browse list
    2. Search using Look-up
  13. Click Start selections review to view committed options
  14. Note the Builder Approved flag location
  15. Set the Release to Construction flag to Yes
  16. Navigate to the Sales Agent Portal
  17. Search Spec and confirm price

EXPECTED RESULTS:

  1. Tester can access Design Agent Portal
  2. Tester can access Build Spec & Model
  3. Tester can use Build Spec & Model Look-up feature
  4. Tester can open recent spec (Open Lot List)
  5. Tester can set Base Model Price
  6. Tester can view history of price changes
  7. Tester can view Builder Approved flag
