SALESXPRESS - TEST CASE 18
TEST CASE STEPS:
- Navigate to the Commissions Manager
- Search for your name under the Agent tab (as sales agent)
- Select Agent from result list
- Review list of contracts (optionally use search)
- Expand a contract details (hint: green & white plus sign)
- Click Add Commission
- Select Agent Assignment
- Select Manually Create Commission
- Click Create Commission button
- Enter a Commission Description
- Add Amount $
- Add Due Date (Calendar prompt)
- Add notes (optional)
- Save
- Apply Payment to Commission (hint: hand/coin symbol)
- Payment Amount $
- Payment Type
- Reference Number (optional)
- Payment Date
- Notes (optional)
- Process Payment
- Confirm Payment
- Add transaction date
- Click Mark as Paid
EXPECTED RESULTS:
- Tester can record a commission against a contract
- Tester can record a payment for a commission
- Tester can void a commission
