SALESXPRESS - TEST CASE 15

TEST CASE STEPS:

  1. Open existing record with status "Under Contract" (or create a new one)
  2. Review Contract Status & Dates on the Buyer Contract Tab
  3. Press Cancel Sale
  4. Indicate cancellation reason & save
  5. Search Contracts module for cancelled contract(s)
  6. Open existing record with status "Cancelled"
  7. Archive Record
  8. Repeat Steps 5 and 6 to see impact of Archived records (hint: View Archive Records toggle)
  9. Open existing record with status "Reserved" (or create a new one)
  10. Review Contract Status & Dates on the Buyer Contract Tab
  11. Press Cancel Reservation
  12. Review Contract Status & Dates on the Buyer Contract Tab for change in status

EXPECTED RESULTS:

  1. Tester can search existing prospect(s)
  2. Tester can search existing contract(s)
  3. Tester can cancel contract(s)
  4. Tester can archive record(s)
