Bid Rates

 Bid Rate Codes:

  • Will be up to 12-characters long, in upper case and alpha numeric.
  • The first character of the Bid Rate Code will indicate the Region of the Business Unit that utilizes the Bid Rate, from the Operating Unit Code.
  • The second character of the Bid Rate Code will indicate the Brand of the Business Unit that utilizes the Bid Rate from the Operating Unit Code (Please see table to the right).
  • Only the following three special characters are permitted: dash (-), period (.), forward slash (/).
  • For example, bid rate code BPL-STAMPC will now become 76PL-STAMPC.

Bid Rate Descriptions:

  • Will be alpha-numeric and in proper case.
  • Only the following special characters are permitted: dash (-), period (.), forward slash (/).

Region Brand
1 = Corporate  1 = Communities 
2 = MB/SK 2 = Broadview
3 = AB South  3 = Foxridge
4 = AB North 4 = Kensington
5 = BC  5 = NuVista
7 = US 6 = Pacesetter
  7 = Sterling
  8 = StreetSide
