JOB FUNCTIONS Construction Manager, Site Supervisor
SUMMARY This test is to confirm users can start tasks
PRE-CONDITIONS
  • The tester has login access to UAT.hyphensolutions.com/QUABuild/
  • The tester has the right user permissions set up
ASSUMPTIONS
  • The lot has been sent from NSE to BuildPro
  • The task types you're looking to start are Memos (.M) and Purchase Orders (.P). You only complete Reminder (.R) tasks.
  • Purchase Orders are successfully loaded to the job

 

TEST CASE STEPS:

  1. Log into  "BuildPro"
  2. Navigate to the schedule by clicking the JME menu button at the top of the screen. 
  3. Scroll through the task list to locate the task you wish to start
  4. Change the start and end dates
  5. Check the Start box. 
  6. Click the Update button at the top or bottom of the screen. 

EXPECTED RESULTS:

  1. Tester can log into BuildPro
  2. Tester can access Scheduling
  3. Tester can start a task

 

Below is the DATA seen while executing testing:

  1. Task Names - GARAGE DOOR OPENER - INSTALL (P), AC START/HVAC - STARTUP (M)

  2. Start date (today), End date (06/01/2025)

Note: If the pre-selected task does not exist in your assigned job, pick the next available task with the same type (P, M, or R) to complete the test.
