SCHEDULING - JME - RESCHEDULE TASK

SUMMARY This test is to confirm users can reschedule tasks
PRE-CONDITIONS
  • The tester has login access to UAT.hyphensolutions.com/QUABuild/
  • The tester has the right user permissions set up
ASSUMPTIONS
  • The lot has been sent from NSE to BuildPro
  • You're looking to reschedule PO and Memo tasks that are in-progress.

 

TEST CASE STEPS:

  1. Log into  "BuildPro"
  2. Navigate to the schedule by clicking the JME menu button at the top of the screen. 
  3. Scroll through the task list to identify the task for which you need to change the end date. 
  4. Click the empty field under the “Resched Date” column to reveal a pop-up calendar.
  5. Select your desired new start date (The box will be highlighted in blue). 
  6. Click the + sign next to the task name to pull up the notes field
  7. Type in the reason for the schedule change in the notes section
  8. Click the Update button at the top or bottom of the screen. 

EXPECTED RESULTS:

  1. Tester can reschedule a task

 

Below is the DATA seen while executing testing:

  1. Task Names - GARAGE DOOR OPENER - INSTALL (P), AC START/HVAC - STARTUP (M)

  2. Reschedule start date (today +5), End date (06/01/2025)

Note: If the pre-selected task does not exist in your assigned job, pick the next available task with the same type (P, M, or R) to complete the test.
