NSE/BUILDPRO INTEGRATION - SEND LOTS/JOBS FROM NSE TO BUILDPRO

This test confirms that testers can send Jobs/Lots from NSE to BuildPro. (To be performed by BST on Screen)

| ASSUMPTIONS | 1. The address record for the job is verified as accurate and complete. 2. A project record is set up for the job with a default interface. 3. The lots are fully setup and ready for BuildPro export (Lots sold and POs generated) |
TEST CASE STEPS:
- Log into "NSE"
- Navigate to: Homebuilders Enterprise/Scheduling/BuildPro/Export to Buildpro
- "In the Export Screen, Make sure the File Directory is correctly Displaying and all the following fields are in a checked state:
- Export Suppliers
- Export Task Codes
- Export Cost Codes
- Export Revision Codes
- Export Payments
- Send Exported Files to FTP Site
- Modified Records Only (This is optional. You can leave it checked or unchecked depending on the information you want exported.)"
- Click On the New Record Icon (White Paper) in the middle of the window.
- Select your Operating unit and Project (F9 In the Fields to Search).
- Click OK, and the project you selected will be displayed in the area below the menu.
- Click the Export icon in the Manu (White paper with purple Arrow pointing to the right)
- You may get a pop-up notification that reads, “This will export the files to BuildPro Directory Only.” Click OK to proceed with the export.
- Click the green check mark icon in the menu to close the BuildPro Export Options window.
- A pop-up notification will ask if you want to save the Current Defaults. Click yes
- A pop-up notification will ask if you want to overwrite files from the previous export. Click Yes
- Log into BuildPro
- Check for the exported lots (ensure to check the ISR)
- Click on report connect
- Select Integration Status Report
- Check the "Display Division Detail" Box
- Click "Run Report"
- Processed means BuildPro processed it | Skipped means the data was already there and no changes were made | Error means there were errors that need reviewing.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
- Tester can access both NSE and BuildPro with the right permissions
- Tester can send jobs from NSE to BuildPro
