TEST CASE 1: PROCESSING A SINGLE ITEM INVOICE

Application: NSE Qualico | Dataset: HBProto

TEST CASE STEPS:

  1. Navigate to Accounting > Accounts Payable > Invoices
  2. Run the Invoices & Debits program
  3. Create an Invoice Entry
    • Recreate a Single Item Invoice Entry that you posted during December 2024 - March 2025.
    • You can reference the General Ledger mapping file to determine the new allocations
      -or- use the ZOOM functionality (ie. press [F9]) to lookup available codes.
  4. In the Data Comments below, enter the Audit Group number of your Invoice Group.
  5. Post the Invoice Group

  6. Navigate to Accounting > Accounts Payable > Administration
  7. Run the Audit Trails program
  8. Print preview an Audit Trail of the posted Invoice Group.

DATA seen while executing testing:

While posting the entry, when using the ZOOM functionality
  1. A list of available Suppliers
  2. For allocations:
    1. A list of available Companies
    2. A list of Divisions available within the selected Company
    3. A list of Accounts available within the selected Division of the Company
    4. If applicable, a list of Subledgers available to the selected Company-Division-Account.

In the Audit Trail report

  1. The amount due to be paid allocated to Division 00, Account 21100 for the relevant Company.
  2. The retention amount allocated to Division 00, Account 21150 for the relevant Company.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

With no Approval restrictions, Testers should be able to post their own Invoice Group.
