TEST CASE 7: INFORMXL ANALYZERS

TEST CASE STEPS:

  1. From the NEWSTAR Report Library, under Reporting, will find folders containing the informXL Analyzers.
  2. Run the GL Balance analyzer
    Note, the first time you run an analyzer in the new environment, you will be prompted to install the informXL Analyzer Ribbon.
    • Set the From and To Date to 12/31/2022
    • Check Include Details
    • Click the Get Data button
  3. Re-run the GL Balance analyzer
    • Set the From to 1/1/2023 and To Date to 12/31/2023
    • Check Include Details
    • Click the Get Data button
  4. Run the PO Details analyzer
  5. Run the Job Cost Details analyzer
  6. Run the Job Scrub analyzer

DATA seen while executing testing:

  1. There will be some incomplete data due to how the data was migrated, but the Posting Date, Amount, and Allocation should be correct.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

Testers should be able to get data.
