HUBSPOT SERVICE HUB - CLOSING A TICKET

JOB FUNCTIONS Warranty Administrator
SUMMARY This test is to confirm that warranty team members are able to mark the ticket as closed. The homeowner should receive a notification of ticket closure. 
PRE-CONDITIONS
  • The tester has login access to https://app.hubspot.com/
  • The tester has the right user permissions set up
ASSUMPTIONS
  • Homeowner information is correct
  • NSE -> HubSpot integration is operational

 

TEST CASE STEPS:

  1. Log into HubSpot
  2. Navigate to the BU ServiceHub
  3. Navigate to Service >> Tickets
  4. Open Ticket
  5. Update any fields with information.
  6. Navigate the ticket through standard stages of a ticket. (Communication with homeowner, moving the ticket through stages, leaving notes, etc.).
  7. Drag ticket into the complete column or change status to complete.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

  1. Tester can Log in
  2. Tester can open the ticket and adjust information
  3. Tester can close the ticket
