TEST CASE STEPS:
- Log into HubSpot
- Navigate to the BU ServiceHub
- Navigate to Service >> Tickets
- Open Ticket
- Update any fields with information.
- Navigate the ticket through standard stages of a ticket. (Communication with homeowner, moving the ticket through stages, leaving notes, etc.).
- Drag ticket into the complete column or change status to complete.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
- Tester can Log in
- Tester can open the ticket and adjust information
- Tester can close the ticket
