- Make Sure the following are completed:
- Supplier is selected
- Location, Category are not empty
- Root Cause is provided
- Resolution is provided
- Item Status is closed.
- Update Ticket
- Close the ticket.
- Takeaway: Check back in a few hours in HubSpot to confirm ticket is closed.
