SUMMARY This test is to confirm that warranty team members are able to mark the ticket as closed. The homeowner should receive a notification of ticket closure.

  • HubSpot <-> BuildPro integration is operational

 

TEST CASE STEPS:

  1. Log into BuildPro: https://uat.hyphensolutions.com/QUABuild/ 
  2. Warranty -> Quick Ticket Search
  3. Select Criteria to find your Ticket
  4. Open Ticket
  5. Make Sure the following are completed:
    • Supplier is selected
    • Location, Category are not empty
    • Root Cause is provided
    • Resolution is provided
    • Item Status is closed.
  6. Update Ticket
  7. Close the ticket.
  8. Takeaway: Check back in a few hours in HubSpot to confirm ticket is closed.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

  1. Tester can Log in
  2. Tester can open the ticket and adjust information
  3. Tester can close the ticket
