TEST CASE STEPS:
- Log into HubSpot
- Navigate to the BU ServiceHub
- Navigate to CRM -> Tickets
- Open Ticket
- Press Email - Choose the WO template. Enter the email of the trade. (For the purpose of this testing use dmitry.afanasyev@qualico.com)
- Verify information is being pulled into the WO email template.
- Send WO Email.
- Dmitry to bring up WO email on screen.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
- Tester can Log in
- Tester can open the ticket and adjust information
- Tester can send a WO email
