HUBSPOT SERVICE HUB - WORK ORDER EMAIL

JOB FUNCTIONS Warranty Administrators
SUMMARY This test is to confirm that warranty team members are able to send communication to trades with necessary ticket information automatically being updated in the email.
PRE-CONDITIONS
  • The tester has login access to https://app.hubspot.com/
  • The tester has the right user permissions set up
ASSUMPTIONS
  • Homeowner information is correct
  • NSE -> HubSpot integration is operational

 

TEST CASE STEPS:

  1. Log into HubSpot
  2. Navigate to the BU ServiceHub
  3. Navigate to CRM -> Tickets
  4. Open Ticket
  5. Press Email - Choose the WO template. Enter the email of the trade. (For the purpose of this testing use dmitry.afanasyev@qualico.com)
  6. Verify information is being pulled into the WO email template.
  7. Send WO Email.
  8. Dmitry to bring up WO email on screen.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

  1. Tester can Log in
  2. Tester can open the ticket and adjust information
  3. Tester can send a WO email
