HUBSPOT SERVICE HUB - SENDING A TICKET TO BUILDPRO

JOB FUNCTIONS Warranty Administrators
SUMMARY This test is to confirm that warranty team members are able to send communication to trades with necessary ticket information automatically being updated in the email.
PRE-CONDITIONS
  • The tester has login access to https://app.hubspot.com/
  • The tester has the right user permissions set up
ASSUMPTIONS
  • Homeowner information is correct
  • HubSpot -> BuildPro integration is operational

 

TEST CASE STEPS:

  1. Log into HubSpot
  2. Navigate to the BU ServiceHub
  3. Navigate to CRM -> Tickets
  4. Open a Ticket
  5. Verify that the BuildPro Category and BuildPro Location fields are filled in and correct.
  6. Drag ticket to in progress column.
  7. Open up BuildPro and sign in: https://uat.hyphensolutions.com/QUABuild 

EXPECTED RESULTS:

  1. Tester can Log in
  2. Tester can open the ticket and adjust information
  3. Tester can transfer the ticket to BuildPro
