TEST CASE STEPS:
- Log into HubSpot as a Warranty Team Member
- Navigate to the contact you want to create a ticket for.
- Go to all properties and keep this page open.
- Navigate to tickets in another tab (CRM -> Tickets)
- Press Create Ticket (top right):
- Follow prompts to create the ticket.
- Choose the homeowner contact in the Associate ticket with box.
- Submit the Ticket.
- Copy the alt job ID from the BuildPro Property Address into Property Address (format: 00010054_90050) and Homeowner ID field onto the ticket.
- Open the ticket and confirm that it is populated with data correctly
- Assign the ticket to a warranty technician
- Warranty technician to confirm notification in HubSpot
EXPECTED RESULTS:
- Tester can create ticket on behalf of homeowner
- Homeowner receives ticket submission details
