- Alternatively, visit this link: https://portal.streetsidebc.com/
- Sign into ServiceHub as the Homeowner
- Press Create a Ticket and follow prompts
- Submit the Ticket
- Open the ticket and assign it to a warranty Technician
- Warranty technician to confirm ticket assignment/notification.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
- Tester receives the Homeowner welcome email
- Tester can create their password and login as the homeowner
- Tester can submit the ticket
