HUBSPOT SERVICE HUB - SUBMIT A TICKET AS A HOMEOWNER

JOB FUNCTIONS Warranty Team Members, Homeowner
SUMMARY This test is to confirm homeowner can activate their warranty portal link, as well as submit a ticket.
PRE-CONDITIONS
  • The tester has login access to https://app.hubspot.com/
  • The tester has the right user permissions set up
ASSUMPTIONS
  • The email address is correct and functional.

 

TEST CASE STEPS:

  1. Open the shared mailbox and activate HubSpot ServiceHub - Create a password.
  2. Alternatively, visit this link: https://portal.qualiconet.com/tickets-view 
  3. Sign into ServiceHub as the Homeowner (in a separate browser)
  4. Press Create a Ticket and follow prompts
  5. Submit the Ticket
  6. Switch back to the Admin View.
  7. Open the ticket and assign it to a warranty Technician
  8. Warranty technician to confirm ticket assignment/notification.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

  1. Tester receives the Homeowner welcome email
  2. Tester can create their password and login as the homeowner
  3. Tester can submit the ticket
