TEST CASE STEPS:
- Open the shared mailbox and activate HubSpot ServiceHub - Create a password.
- Alternatively, visit this link: https://portal.qualiconet.com/tickets-view
- Sign into ServiceHub as the Homeowner (in a separate browser)
- Press Create a Ticket and follow prompts
- Submit the Ticket
- Switch back to the Admin View.
- Open the ticket and assign it to a warranty Technician
- Warranty technician to confirm ticket assignment/notification.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
- Tester receives the Homeowner welcome email
- Tester can create their password and login as the homeowner
- Tester can submit the ticket
