HUBSPOT SERVICE HUB - INVITE HOMEOWNER TO WARRANTY

JOB FUNCTIONS Warranty Manager, Warranty Administrator
SUMMARY This test is to confirm that Warranty Team members have the ability to manually invite a Homeowner to warranty.
PRE-CONDITIONS
  • The tester has login access to https://app.hubspot.com/
  • The tester has the right user permissions set up
ASSUMPTIONS
  • The contact has been successfully integrated from NEWSTAR Enterprise

 

TEST CASE STEPS:

  1. Log into HubSpot
  2. Confirm you are in the correct HubSpot Environment (top right corner) FX BC - Test Portal
  3. Navigate to Contacts (CRM -> Contacts)
  4. Search for the homeowner contact, click into it.
  5. Verify any contact information - Name, Email, Address (in BuildPro Property Address). May have to access All Properties section (Action ->View all properties)
  6. Update Ticketing Portal Access Given to "Yes"
  7. Click the Save button.
  8. Verify that contact was added to Homeowner Portal Access list. (CRM -> Lists)

EXPECTED RESULTS:

  1. Tester can log into HubSpot
  2. Tester can navigate to Homeowner
  3. Homeowner Received invitation email

  1. Homeowner Email was Generated.
  2. Homeowner Name/Address.
