SCHEDULING - JME - COMPLETE TASK

JOB FUNCTIONS Construction Manager, Site Supervisor
SUMMARY This test is to confirm users can complete tasks
PRE-CONDITIONS
  • The tester has login access to UAT.hyphensolutions.com/QUABuild/
  • The tester has the right user permissions set up
ASSUMPTIONS
  • The lot has been sent from NSE to BuildPro
  • The task types you're looking to complete are Memos (.M) and Purchase Orders (.P) that are in-progress or Reminder (.R) tasks.

 

TEST CASE STEPS:

  1. Log into  "BuildPro"
  2. Navigate to the schedule by clicking the JME menu button at the top of the screen. 
  3. Scroll through the task list to identify the task you wish to complete
  4. Check the Comp box. 
  5. Click the Update button at the top or bottom of the screen. 

EXPECTED RESULTS:

  1. Tester can complete a task
